hi does any one no of a dog training school in tamworth staffordshire plz let me know thx?
i have a 12 week old staff and he keeps biting my 4 year old daughter also other dogs.Sometimes i dont like letting him off the lead incases he attacks someone so i think i need a puppy school

try going to petco its cheap and easier if not just call a pro. to help you

1st of all i personally would not allow mt staffordshire bull terrier be biting my child arm even if it was playing, stop that asap ! the other problem you will ac cur if not correctly socialised now while young if will be alot harder when they reach adult, how ever even the best of staffys can be temperamental around other dogs, my two are great with dogs they know but if another dog was to growl or bark at them they will not shy down to a fight like most staffys wont, its all about control if they did attack another dog which they have not as soon as i raise my voice they will look at me and know there in the wrong submissive not scared they simply know whos top dog hop this helps.

One thing to keep in mind is that your mastiff puppy is a giant breed, not a large breed and there is a difference. Very few puppy foods are formulated with the special needs of giant breed puppies in mind. Check with Bill but you might be better off going with a high quality all life stages food vs a puppy food

mine does the same thing I just think he has an issue with the lead and has to prove a point that his hard even though he is being lead around by a muppet at the other end, its just a status thing, off the lead he is in control (well he thinks he is) on the lead he is under orders.
